Mandated Reporter Training Information

Child Abuse is a serious issue with devastating consequences for individuals and communities.

If you are a mandated reporter, you have a legal responsibility to make a report of suspected child abuse. We understand that this is a difficult area of responsibility. That is why we provide classes to assist you in meeting this obligation.

The Mandated Reporter training offered by Marin Child Abuse Prevention Council is FREE. 

Some of the topics we cover include:

• How to make a report and to whom
• What happens after a report is made
• Indicators of child abuse & neglect
• Consequences of failing to report
